Sims 3 Pets > Horses: Review

Hey guys!

I saw WildHorse's review on PlantHorse so I decided to do mine on this great game called Sims 3 Pets. Sims 3 Pets is an expansion pack for Sims 3 that comes with animals including... HORSES!

I Do Not Own

Sims 3 is a great interactive game for ages 10+ I believe.
Sims 3 pets comes with a world called Appaloosa Plains which is named (of course) after appaloosa horses!

Appaloosa plains is a western styled town with premade sim's.
In Appaloosa plains you have the normal building (ex. cafés, groceries, hospital, parks ex). But what comes new with this expansion is The Equestrian Centre where you can compete, breed, buy and sell horses!

Now that you get the jist of it. Lets move to the horses!

Now Sims can choose to adopt, buy or tame a wild horse. To adopt a horse you can click on your cellphone and press adopt a pet then choose the horse that you like (all horses are different). Or you can go to the equestrian Centre and buy a horse by clicking on the building and choosing the buy horse option. Another way is adopt a wild horse which is much more tricky.
To adopt a wild horse you have to get its trust (this is no easy thing to do) you must watch the horse and when you build enough trust you can try to stroke it. But when you finally have enough trust with the horse you must be level 7 in the riding skill. To get to this level you can read books on the riding skill where you can get at the library or bookstore. Or you can ride your horses or take riding lessons at the Equestrian Centre.

Once you have got a horse the fun stuff begins! Depending what your relationship with your sim horse is opens new opportunities for you. If you are enemies with your horse, your horse is more likely to kick or bite you.. Or if you try to ride it, it will throw you off. Unlike Sims 2 Pets, Sims 3 pets you can control but they also have free will to do what the please..

Horses with the aggressive trait or ornery trait are much more likely to be difficult for you.
To look after a sims 3 horse you must always have water supplied where you can get from building a pond or a horse water trough. Another thing they must have is hay so always make sure hay is available.

You can groom, pick out your horses hooves and lead them along with other stuff like petting.   You also can scold or praise your horse for whatever you like but beware if you praise your horse for being bad it could end up with a naughty trait.

Sims can ride their horses providing the horses are happy (groomed, watered, fed). You can enter competitions once your and your horses riding levels high enough. You can also ride down the beautiful country side or just do some horse jumping in your backyard.

I give this expansion a 9\10.
I would like to see more options but besides that this is a brilliant game which I enjoy to play.
I hope you guys liked my review and now please enjoy some photos below:
